PRIVACY POLICY
We are strongly committed to your privacy. All information exchanged through this website, through email, or via session is highly regarded and respected, and remains strictly confidential between Jess and her clients. 

PAYMENT POLICY
All payments must be received in full prior to any booking confirmation. Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

SESSIONS
Please note, after your session has been delivered, there are no refunds available. Missed sessions are not subject to refunds or rescheduling. 

SESSION PACKAGES
All previously purchased session packages (or multiple sessions purchased at once) expire 8 weeks after initial session date. Missed sessions are not subject to refunds or rescheduling. Sessions are non transferrable.

COPYRIGHT AND CONFIDENTIALITY LAWS APPLY
You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc. without written permission from Jessica Gray.

SOCIAL MEDIA
You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.

Please note that working with Jess is a complimentary healing modality that does not substitute for medical interventions, body therapy, or psychotherapy. Jess may make suggestions for self-care as well as appropriate referrals to enhance and support your greatest wellbeing.
